Beatlemania in Prague

Beatlemania is heading for prague of a major new exhibition. The exhibition will include original Madame Tussaud waxworks, along with George Harrison’s gold plated banjolele. The exhibition at the prestigious NAtional Museum in Prague will recognize the influence The Beatles in general, and John Lennon in particular, had on the Czech nation and it’s youth culture.

Lennon’s 1968 songs Revolution, became the underground symbol of Prague’s youth culture in their peaceful revolt against the Communist state. The Beatlemania exhibition at the National Museum in Prague will runs from June to January 2011.
