What we eat can definitely have an impact not only on the way our skin looks like but also on how it feels like. So, it is important for a person to watch the things he eats to maintain a healthy and radiant skin.
To have healthy and radiant skin, always remember these phrases: Vitamin A and antioxidants. Foods such yogurts and mangoes (yum! yum!) are full of vitamin A which does wonders to keep the skin healthy. Antioxidants– well, who hasn’t heard of them? These plums, strawberries, blueberries, blackberries (nope, not the cellular phone!), whatever-berries. You name it and these berries are just packed with a great deal of antioxidants.
Well, here’s the deal. With all the food you’re eating, don’t forget the most important thing: water. Yes, water! Not sodas, not colas, not even juice. Keeping our bodies hydrated ensures that proper cleansing of the body which eventually gives us great looking skin.
